Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and often made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.

That said, we deeply care about your experience. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or something seems off, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
